Before we talk.
Do you work outside healthcare?
Yes. Healthcare is where my experience runs deepest. I also take on relevant change management and learning work in other sectors, including teaching delivered for Cenovus Energy.
Do we need to use Change First Studio?
No. Consulting and teaching are available independently. Studio is a digital change planning platform in development, built around the same practical approach.
Can we book a workshop on its own?
Yes. We’ll discuss the audience, the purpose and what people need to understand or do afterwards, then agree a useful format.
How are engagements priced?
Fees reflect the scope, preparation, delivery and follow-up. You’ll receive a clear proposal before committing.
Can we work together remotely?
Yes. I’m based in Edmonton and work with teams across Canada. We can discuss remote or in-person delivery when we agree the scope.
