About Ohad
Hi, I'm Ohad Eliyahu , or just "O" to most. I'm a healthcare leader, educator, and consultant with over 15 years of experience in simplifying complex systems and guiding teams through meaningful, sustainable change. I've led major initiatives across Allied Health, Emergency Medical Services, and virtual care, including Alberta's Virtual Hospital and Mobile Integrated Healthcare programs.
I hold a Master of Science, a PROSCI Change Management Certification, and credentials in Project Management. Today, I run Innovative Edge, my boutique consulting practice. I support organizations across Canada, the US, and Israel by delivering practical training sessions and strategic consulting , blending proven frameworks with human-centered leadership and emerging technologies like AI.
